After extensive research our R&D team developed the vision system based match stick counting system, the first of its kind in the match box industries. Now it is considered the elite packing method by the entire industry and has earned much praise for its unmatched accuracy and for the resultant savings.
Vision systems are the effective way to inspect production line in real-time because they can achieve accurate, reliable, and repeatable results, thus keeping errors at minimum.
